fame and he also donated some personal
things to the Hard Rock’s world-famous
memorabilia collection

The two-time Grammy Award nominee,
Sunday Adeniyi Adegeye, popularly
known as King Sunny Ade, is now
officially the first Nigerian musician to
donate pieces from his personal reserve
to Hard Rock’s world-famous
memorabilia collection.
On Wednesday, November 30, 2016, the
juju music maestro donated a vintage
Fender Guitar which happened to be his
first guitar he used for his first major hit
Syncro System among other personal
items including an album cover and a
pair of shoes at Hard Rock Cafe Lagos.

The epoch making event was brokered
by talent agency and event management
company, Temple Management Company
who are also putting together the highly-
publicised grand concert for King Sunny
Ade tagged Sunny On Sunday scheduled
for December 11th at Federal Palace
Hotel, Lagos.

To commemorate the induction, Chivas
also did present King Sunny Ade with a
Chivas Regal 25 Year Original Blended
Whisky; and created a signature drink
for KSA, titled Ondo Regale, which was
debuted, and served as cocktails at the
induction.

Speaking on the history making event
KSA said:
“I’m thrilled to be the first Nigerian
musician to donate personal items to
Hard Rock’s world-famous collection and

new generations of musicians around the
